It all started when…

Wilbur  “Jay” Jordan’s career and experience spans over 37 years in such areas as logistics and management, project management, supply chain management, warehouse operations, maintenance, and logistics consulting.

Mr. Jordan currently serves as a full time partner with SNJ Services Solutions, LLC. Jay is intimately involved in providing business development and technical oversight of the organization. he also leads the development of management approach section and builds the leadership team for winning proposals.

Prior to investing full time involvement with Jordurk LLC, Jay served as a site manager for Service Disabled Veterans Command Source (SDV) for two years. SDV command source was a sole purpose that provided a high value-low risk solution to the Department of Army’s requirement for complete storage services, for privately owned vehicles (pov’s) of military personnel deployed under overseas contingency operations.

Before joining SDV command source, Jay served as an independent logistics consultant for DYNCORP international for one year.  While at DYNCORP, he held a variety of technical lead positions on the proposal team. Jay planned, coordinated and directed consulting projects which increased production, efficiency, and profitability. In addition, he identified development for overseas continental of United States (OCONUS) opportunities, specifically logcap task orders in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Prior to serving as a consultant with DYNCORP, Jay served as a deputy project manager (DPM) for KBR Services for five years in their logcap support for the warfighter project. Jay held a senior DPM position for Corp Logistics Support Services (CLSS), overseeing 30 logistics sites consisting of more than 3500 personnel. He was directly responsible for developing, coordinating and integrating logistics operations for the warfighter. Additionally, he managed an annualized budget of $400m, to include monitoring and review of funds exhausted for procurement, purchasing and subcontract labor.   

Mr. Jordan’s early career, was associated with the United States Army, where he served 20 years as a logistician. Jay held various leadership and technical managerial positions while serving in the military. His duties and responsibilities entailed managing automation logistical support systems, performed as an item manager for eight warehouses, maintained automated supply systems for accounting of organizational and installations supply equipment, managed and monitored operational readiness and maintenance for $5m worth of equipment. In addition, he is proficient in standard army management information systems.

Jay is native of Riviera Beach, Florida and holds an AAS degree in general studies, a BA degree in business communication management, and an MBA in business administration. mr. Jordan is a member and participates in the local chamber of commerce. his hobbies include; fitness, weight lifting, and cycling
